Enterprise Singapore is seeking a role in the Trade Group to strengthen governance around incentive schemes and contribute to policy improvements that boost Singapore’s global commodity trading hub. You will work with internal teams and other government agencies to align incentive policy and improve workflows.
The role focuses on governance, process improvements, and stakeholder engagement with a strong emphasis on accuracy, accountability, and collaboration across divisions.
The Trade Group in Enterprise Singapore is responsible for driving Singapore’s trade and developing Singapore as a global commodity trading hub. Our Trade 2030 strategy seeks to deepen and widen trade by (i) working with existing global trading companies in Singapore to expand their presence here (ii) building a more diverse network of counterparties in Singapore (iii) promoting trade flows in new products. We also seek to strengthen Singapore’s trading ecosystem in areas such as innovation, talent and commodity derivatives.
Within the Group, the Trade Development and Strategy (TDS) Division plays a central role in this effort, overseeing trade-related incentive schemes, and cultivating strategic partnerships with key ecosystem stakeholders with the view of embarking on impactful industry initiatives.
