Qualifications

• Degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of trade finance banking experience.
• Proficient in UCP 600 and checking shipping documents.
• Strong ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Excellent accuracy and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple duties.

Responsibilities

• Process import and export bills including trade bill transactions, advising, and settlements.
• Conduct preliminary checks on import/export documents.
• Liaise with customers to amend discrepancies and oversee acceptance of import bills.
• Handle processing of forfaiting and other refinancing trade bills.
• Collect L/Cs and shipping documents; respond to inquiries and ensure documentation completeness.
• Prepare statistical reports.
• Perform compliance checks.
• Undertake additional duties as necessary.
