Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a finance professional in Singapore to handle receivables and payables for physical products trading, and to issue/import LC and review trade contracts. The role requires coordinating with Operations and Treasury on payments and cashflow planning.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in payments/invoicing/trade finance, with LC knowledge being a plus, and strong quantitative, detail-oriented skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking/Commerce/Maritime Studies or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payments/invoicing/trade finance.
• LC knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Good quantitative skills and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Handle receivables and payables for physical products trading transactions.
• Import LC issuance and Export LC negotiation.
• Review trade contracts.
• Coordinate with Operations on trade and shipment information.
• Follow up on the approval for payments.
• Handle payments for cargo and direct expenses.
• Maintain updated trade information in the system for month-end closing.
• Liaise with Treasury for receivables/payables data for cashflow planning.
• Any other duties as assigned.
