PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a risk professional to lead third-party risk profiling and outsourcing risk review documentation for regulatory-aligned outcomes.

You will coordinate with Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, and Data Privacy, translating SME input into precise risk artifacts and leadership-ready materials for governance. Strong BA skills and executive reporting are essential.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Business Analysis, or Operational Risk.
• Proven ability to produce executive-level analyses and reports.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills for senior leadership communications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end risk profiling of vendors in line with the TPRM framework and regulatory standards.
• Prepare audit-ready Outsourcing Risk Review documentation addressing concentration risk, exit strategies, sub-outsourcing and data residency.
• Lead business analysis with stakeholders, translate SME input into precise risk documentation and leadership materials.
• Create high-quality presentation decks for Risk Committees and provide PMO support with milestones and cross-workstream coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Third-Party & Outsourcing Risk Management

• Lead end-to-end risk profiling of vendors, ensuring inherent risk assessment and tier classification align with the firm's TPRM framework and regulatory standards.
• Own the preparation of audit-ready Outsourcing Risk Review (ORR) documentation, addressing complex drivers such as concentration risk, exit strategy, sub-outsourcing, and data residency.

2. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

• Utilize advanced BA techniques to elicit and structure business/operational requirements from service owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Coordinate structured review sessions across Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, and Data Privacy functions to capture feedback and secure necessary sign-offs.
• Act as a technical translator, converting complex SME input into precise risk documentation and leadership-ready materials.

3. Leadership Reporting & PMO Support

• Create compelling, high-quality presentation decks for Risk Committees and Board-level approvals.
• Provide robust PMO support, including milestone tracking, issue escalation, and cross-workstream coordination to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

Experience

• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Business Analysis, or Operational Risk.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in advanced business analysis documentation.
• Expert-level skills in PowerPoint and Excel for executive reporting.
