Job summary

ACExcellent Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a leading supply chain solutions company for a Total Rewards Specialist who will design, implement, and manage competitive compensation programs aligned with business goals. You will analyze market trends, conduct salary surveys, adjust pay ranges, and oversee annual performance and compensation review cycles.

Strong Excel and data analysis skills are essential, as is the ability to advise stakeholders across levels.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 4-5 years of Total Rewards experience.
• Knowledge of Total Rewards practices and labour laws.
• Hands-on experience with market surveys, salary benchmarking, and data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• High numeracy and attention to detail handling compensation data.
• Effective stakeholder communication across organizational levels.
• Familiarity with Hay and Mercer job evaluation methodologies is advantageous.
