Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mold Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Good communication skills.
• Good knowledge of mold design and tooling fabrication.
• Understanding of measurement methods and measuring equipment.
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle mold and fixture designs, ensuring timely completion and quality.
• Maintain mold debugging trackers and lessons-learned documents.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers on DFM, mold concept reviews, and other technical discussions.
• Lead and participate in design review meetings for new molds.
• Conduct peer reviews of mold designs and debugging drawings for drawing quality.
