Job summary

Arcadis Global Group in Singapore is seeking a Tool Install Design Lead to drive technical design, design management and specifications for advanced technology/semiconductor facilities. You will work with our engineering design group and project managers to deliver robust solutions.

You will collaborate with lead engineers, design teams, and project managers across APAC, manage scope, schedules, budgets, and ensure compliance with technical standards while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as Design Lead or Engineering Project Manager in AEC/engineering.
• Client-facing experience with stakeholders and teams.
• CAPM or PMP certification a plus; PMI credentials valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate documentation with clients, contractors, and regulators; handle RFIs.
• Develop technical frameworks to track progress and mitigate risks.
• Improve processes and provide engineering solutions to project challenges.
• Review client billings and assist with account collections when needed.
