RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced TM/TL for the UC Domain to drive excellence in unified communications. You should have 7+ years in UC testing and a passion for quality.

You will define test strategy, govern programs for UC IVR and Contact Center, act as the single accountability for quality across releases, and mentor test leads and engineers while reporting progress to senior stakeholders.

• 7-10 years in Unified Communications testing with 3-5 years in a Test Manager or Test Lead role.

We are looking for an experienced TM/TL professional with expertise in the UC Domain to join our team in Singapore. If you have at least 7 years of relevant experience and are passionate about driving excellence in unified communications, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Test Manager / Test Lead Singapore with strong experience in IVR Telephony, TMAC, and Contact Center testing.
• Overall 7-10 years in Unified Communications testing; 3-5 years in a Test Manager or Test Lead role.
• Define and own test strategy planning and governance for UC IVR and Contact Center programs.
• Act as the single point of accountability for quality across releases.
• Lead and mentor test leads and engineers (onshore/offshore).
• Report test progress, risks, and release readiness to senior stakeholders.
• Manage test cycles, environments, data, and defect lifecycle.
• Strong experience leading testing for:
• - IVR systems, Telephony platforms, and TMAC applications
• - Inbound, outbound, and callback call flows (end-to-end validation)
• - Telecom integrations including CTI, SIP, VoIP, PBX, SBC, and dialer systems
• Exposure to Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, NICE, Amazon Connect.
• Experience in banking/contact center transformations.
• Hands-on knowledge of IVR Automation Tools (Empirix, Hammer, Call Master, or similar tools).
• Performance and Load Testing experience for voice platforms.
