Job summary

Yi Lin Timber & Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on coordinator to support and eventually lead planning, coordination and execution of construction projects. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Some experience in construction or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and execution of construction projects.
• Attend meetings and work with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Assist with scheduling, procurement and reporting.
• Respond to emails and prepare safety documentation.
• Learn to interpret construction drawings and timber specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Attend site meetings and progressive reviews.
