TANZIM RENOVATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Tile Installer to join our on-site team in Singapore. You will perform surface preparation, measure and layout, cut and shape tiles, install tile beds, grout and finish surfaces, and ensure site safety and tidy work areas alongside colleagues.

Applicants should be proficient with hand and power tools, able to follow blueprints and patterns, and commit to quality finishes and compliance with workplace safety regulations on local sites.

• Surface preparation, measurement and layout, cutting and shaping tiles, installation, finishing and grout work, plus safety compliance.

Aufgaben

• Surface Preparation: Clean, scrape, level, screed, and apply waterproofing materials or lath to floors and walls.
• Measuring & Layout: Read blueprints, drawings, or layout plans, measure areas, and mark lines to ensure balanced and precise patterns.
• Cutting & Shaping: Cut and shape tiles, granite, or marble to fit around obstacles, corners, and odd spaces using hand and power tools.
• Installation: Form tile beds using mortar, cement, glue, mastic, or plaster, and tap tiles firmly into place with proper spacing and alignment.
• Grouting & Finishing: Apply grout to gaps, clean off excess material, polish stone surfaces, and apply sealants or waterproofing finishes.
• Site Safety & Maintenance: Follow workplace safety and health regulations, maintain tools, and keep the work area clean.
