Job summary

Tee Interior Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable site supervisor to lead a crew on construction projects, ensuring work is performed per approved drawings, instructions and schedules.

You will coordinate with project personnel, liaise with client and subcontractors on site, monitor safety compliance, update isometric drawings, and ensure housekeeping and progress reporting. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years working experience in Construction Engineering Industry.
• Good communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently and demonstrate initiative and commitment.
• Available immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead a group of workers to perform projects per approved drawings, instructions and schedule.
• Assist project personnel to conduct site checks, plan pipe routing and generate material bill of quantities.
• Advise on required manpower, resources and responsible for tools and equipment.
• Liaise with other departments, client and vendors/subcontractors on site for coordination.
• Communicate with PIC on site for coordination.
• Update isometric drawings and hand back drawings after project completion.
• Maintain proper housekeeping in workshop and site.
• Ensure all works comply with safety rules, regulations and MOM WSHA requirements.
• Update and feedback on daily work progress.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
• Able to work night shift or split shift and willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
