Job summary

IMDA in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Threat Intelligence Analyst to join a team safeguarding Infocomm and Media sectors. You will monitor threat actors, assess risks and deliver timely intelligence to stakeholders, including briefings and ad-hoc reports.

With 5+ years in threat intelligence and at least 1 year in leadership, you will develop intelligence requirements, manage research projects and coordinate with security solutions across telecom and enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information security, or equivalent.
• 5+ years as Threat Intelligence analyst; 1+ year leading a team.
• Experience presenting threat briefings to senior management and customers.
• Experience publishing cyber threat research with MITRE ATT&CK tactics and indicators.
• Proficiency with Threat Intelligence Platforms and security solution integrations.
• Knowledge of telecommunications, media technologies, and enterprise environments.
• Experience with network traffic analysis, forensics or malware analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain situational awareness for Infocomm and Media sectors.
• Track threat actors’ tactics/techniques; produce timely cyber intelligence.
• Recommend intelligence requirements and collection sources.
• Research threats affecting telecom/media infrastructure and suggest mitigations.
• Produce cyber intelligence products and briefings (ad-hoc reports, trends, landscape).
• Support cyber incident investigations, risk assessments, malware analysis, exercises.
• Document and update processes.
