Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated Therapy Assistant to support therapists in rehabilitation settings. You will help set up treatment areas, assist during activities, and ensure the safety and comfort of patients in a busy therapy department.

This 1-year contract focuses on teamwork, administrative tasks, inventory, and coordination of transport for patients. Basic computer skills and strong patient-care mindset are essential to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in setting up, supervising, and supporting patients during activities and exercises.
• Prepare treatment areas, therapy gyms, clinics, and equipment for patient use.
• Support setup and monitoring of therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation equipment.
• Assist in conducting group therapy sessions under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment.
• Coordinate patient transportation and provide portering support as needed.
• Oversee healthcare attendant duties and portering within the rehabilitation department.
• Perform inventory checks and manage supplies, equipment, and records.
• Provide basic administrative support, including photocopying, filing, and document preparation.
• Perform basic data entry and retrieval using designated computer systems.
• Assist in maintenance of therapeutic equipment and devices.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new therapy assistants.
• Handle enquiries, answer phone calls, and relay messages.

• Support the coordination and oversight of healthcare attendant duties and portering assignments within the rehabilitation department.
• Perform inventory checks and manage supplies, equipment, forms, and inventory records.

• Perform basic data entry and retrieval using designated computer systems.
