Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Therapy Support to assist residents with prescribed exercises and activities, helping to enhance overall physical function and mobility in daily care settings.

You will support the occupational therapist during sessions, monitor compliance, set up equipment, keep the area clean and safe, and observe progress to report concerns for team care planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare or therapy.
• Proven ability to assist therapists during sessions.
• Ability to monitor and document patient milestones.

Responsibilities

• Assist PT and OT with the activities for resident
• Monitor treatment compliance and record developmental milestones or concerns
