Job summary

The role also involves cleaning, sanitizing, linen changes, and performing a range of administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, answering calls, and scheduling appointments. Weekend and public holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare environment is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook Express.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and a caring nature.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and treatment rooms for clients.
• Liaise between clients, therapists and other departments.
