Job summary

Qualifications

• Thai language at business level

Responsibilities

• Perform credit assessments for new and existing customers according to company policies
• Conduct AR follow-ups with customers on overdue payments to ensure timely collection
• Manage invoice disputes and cash application issues with internal teams
• Support billing activities including invoice inquiries and corrections
• Handle other AR-related customer inquiries promptly and accurately
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve AR issues professionally
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth issue resolution
• Contribute to operational excellence and service quality through clear communication
