Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd invites applications for Testing Technician roles in Serangoon. 5-day week, 8:30am–6:00pm, with salary range SGD 2,200–3,200 monthly plus AWS, VB and OT. Entry-level training is provided to suitable candidates; 1–3 years in manufacturing/electronics is advantageous.

Roles involve conducting multi-discipline testing, setting up equipment, recording results, and collaborating with Engineering and Quality teams to improve testing methods and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Training will be provided for entry-level candidates.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in precision assembly preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional, mechanical, electrical, and system-level testing in accordance with established procedures and specifications.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and perform basic checks on testing equipment, instruments, and tools.
• Document test results accurately and highlight any defects, deviations, or abnormalities identified during testing.
• Assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis for product and testing-related issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to enhance product performance, testing methods, and overall process efficiency.

Our client is one of the leading players in the Automation Machinery Manufacturing. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting Multiple Headcounts for Testing Technician to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Serangoon

Location: Serangoon (North-East)
Working Days: 5 days (Mon–Fri)
Working Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm

Salary Range

• Assembly Technician: $2,200 – $3,200 + AWS + VB + OT
