Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd’s client, a leading Automation Machinery Manufacturer, is hiring Testing Technicians to support ongoing transformation projects in Serangoon. This full-time role offers a 5-day week, working from 8:30am to 6:00pm.

Responsibilities include conducting functional, mechanical, electrical, and system-level testing; setting up and maintaining testing equipment; documenting results; and collaborating with Engineering and Quality to enhance product performance and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Entry-level training will be provided
• 1 year of precision assembly experience preferred
• 1–3 years in manufacturing/electronics is an advantage

Our client is one of the leading players in the Automation Machinery Manufacturing. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting Multiple Headcounts for Testing Technician to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Serangoon

Location: Serangoon (North-East)
Working Days: 5 days (Mon–Fri)
Working Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm

Salary Range

• Assembly Technician: $1,800 – $3,200 + AWS + VB + OT

Responsibilities of Technician:

• Conduct functional, mechanical, electrical, and system-level testing in accordance with established procedures and specifications.

• Set up, operate, maintain, and perform basic checks on testing equipmen t, instruments, and tools.

• Document test results accurately and highlight any defects, deviations, or abnormalities identified during testing.

• Assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis for product and testing-related issues.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to enhance product performance, testing methods, and overall process efficiency.

Requirements:

• Training will be provided for entry-level candidates

• Minimum 1 year of experience in precision assembly preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment is an advantage
