Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is seeking multiple Testing Technicians for our client in Serangoon. The role involves conducting functional, mechanical, electrical, and system-level testing within established procedures and specifications.

You will set up, operate, maintain and perform basic checks on testing equipment and instruments, document results, and assist with troubleshooting. Training is provided for entry-level candidates, with 1–3 years in manufacturing or electronics advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in testing, assembly, or electronics preferred.
• Ability to follow established test procedures and specifications.
• Good documentation of test results and defects.

Responsibilities

Our client is one of the leading players in the Automation Machinery Manufacturing. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting Multiple Headcounts for Testing Technician to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Serangoon

Location: Serangoon (North-East)
Working Days: 5 days (Mon–Fri)
Working Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm

Salary Range

• Assembly Technician: $2,200 – $3,200 + AWS + VB + OT

Responsibilities of Technician:

• Conduct functional, mechanical, electrical, and system-level testing in accordance with established procedures and specifications.

• Set up, operate, maintain, and perform basic checks on testing equipment, instruments, and tools.

• Document test results accurately and highlight any defects, deviations, or abnormalities identified during testing.

• Assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis for product and testing-related issues.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to enhance product performance, testing methods, and overall process efficiency.

Requirements:

• Training will be provided for entry-level candidates

• Minimum 1 year of experience in precision assembly preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment is an advantage
