Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python programming; eager to write improved code.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Git or similar engineering workflows.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills for test and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to prioritize and execute items from tactical and strategic perspectives.
• Baseline AI literacy with exposure to AI-assisted tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration across levels, and growth mindset.
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and impact; interest in Micron and semiconductors.
• Ability to apply AI tools responsibly for research and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test programs for Micron SSD products in high-volume manufacturing.
