We are seeking a TQM (Loan) to join our team in the Central Region. This full‑time role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our lending operations.

Job Description

• Develop and implement quality control processes to monitor the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation and underwriting decisions.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in our lending practices.
• Provide feedback and training to loan officers to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with the compliance and risk management teams to ensure our products and services meet all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Analyse key performance metrics and recommend process enhancements to drive operational efficiency.
• Support the continuous improvement of our mortgage lending workflow and technology systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in a quality assurance or loan auditing role within the financial services sector is an advantage.
• Candidates who have passed Money Lenders Test is a MUST.
• Thorough understanding of lending regulations, underwriting guidelines and quality control best practices.
