Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a testing leader with strong IVR, TMAC and contact center experience to define and drive test strategy across UC programs. You will own quality across releases and guide onshore and offshore teams.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders, report risks, and ensure robust testing for CTI, SIP, VoIP, and telecom integrations within banking contact center transformations.

Qualifications

• Define and own test strategy planning and governance for UC IVR and Contact Center programs
• Act as the single point of accountability for quality across releases
• Lead and mentor test leads and engineers onshore offshore
• Report test progress risks and release readiness to senior stakeholders
• Manage test cycles environments data and defect lifecycle
• Strong experience and Lead testing for IVR systems Telephony platforms and TMAC applications
• Inbound outbound and callback call flows end to end validation
• Test Telecom integrations including CTI SIP VoIP PBX SBC and dialer systems
• Exposure to Genesys Avaya Cisco NICE Amazon Connect
• Experience in banking contact center transformations
• Hands-on knowledge of IVR Automation Tools Empirix Hammer Call Master or similar tools
• Performance and Load Testing experience for voice platforms

Strong experience in IVR Telephony TMAC and Contact Center testing Overall 7-10 years in Unified Communications testing 3-5 years in a Test Manager or Test Lead role
