Job summary

Seagate Technology in Singapore seeks a Test Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team that keeps production test equipment and automation systems operating at peak performance. You will drive reliability, maximize uptime, and support capacity expansion with a hands-on leadership style.

Work closely with Production, Process Engineering, Automation, and Equipment Engineering to maintain equipment, improve OEE, and ensure safety and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or related discipline.
• 3–8 years in manufacturing equipment maintenance or test equipment support.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment and preventive/predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance professionals to achieve equipment, yield, safety, and productivity goals.
• Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize uptime and reliability.
• Support installation, calibration, qualification, and maintenance of production test equipment and automation systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and improve operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on OEE, downtime reduction, and yield enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, LOTO, and safety requirements during audits and risk assessments.
