Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an experienced Test Process Engineer to define and implement test processes for manufacturing, establish PFMEA and risk assessments, and train test technicians. The role involves collaboration with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to reduce defects and improve test cycle times.

You will ensure compliance with industry standards and work on test fixture maintenance and continuous improvement projects within a semiconductor-related environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Diploma holders with ≥5 years in similar role can apply.
• Exposure to semiconductor frontend equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define test processes from customer requirements and specifications.
• Establish manufacturing test processes and create MES work instructions.
• Provide training to test technicians on procedures and tools.
• Develop PFMEA, Process controls, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with QA, Production, and suppliers to fix non-conformances.
• Drive continuous improvement in test quality, efficiency and cycle time.
• Maintain test fixtures and perform preventive maintenance.
• Develop troubleshooting guides for technicians.
• Support new product transfers with team training and requirements.
