Job summary

You will work with cross-functional teams to support test procedures, calibration, and documentation, contributing to a collaborative and innovative manufacturing environment focused on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience operating common lab test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supplies).
• Knowledge of subassembly and circuit board functional testing processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment up to the circuit board component level.
• Strong teamwork, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Address production redlights and perform product failure analysis for test-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve tester-related issues, including circuit board level troubleshooting.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for tester problems.
• Support test data collection, analysis and yield improvement.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for test equipment and stations.
• Support test-related improvements and new test station setups.
• Develop, maintain and update manufacturing procedures and safety documentation.
• Coordinate calibration activities and records for test equipment.
• Support implementation of GMS requirements and standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and other business needs.
