Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating common lab test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supplies).
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment failures to circuit board level.
• Strong teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in PLC, automation, Power BI or programming; soldering advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Address production redlights and perform product failure analysis and troubleshooting for test-related issues.
• Diagnose tester-related issues and ensure timely equipment resolution at circuit board level.
• Support test data collection, analysis and yield improvement.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for test equipment and stations.
• Support new test station setups and related improvements.
• Develop and update procedures, risk assessments, LOTO procedures, SWPs, and ESRs for test processes.
• Coordinate with engineers to resolve non-conforming electrical components and assemblies.
• Coordinate calibration activities and records with internal and external providers.
