Job summary

Apar Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Test Engineer to support test program development and device characterization for Digital, PMIC, RF and Mixed Signal products. You will work on first silicon debug, characterize devices, and drive production release activities on ATE platforms.

You will debug digital vectors, participate in handoffs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a lab environment. Strong communication skills and hands-on lab experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Test Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Teradyne UltraFLEX or Advantest 93K ATE is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to perform hands-on work in a lab environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF and Mixed Signal products using ATE platforms, primarily Advantest 93K with SmarTest 7/8 and Teradyne UFLEX.
• Work closely with Design Engineers on first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring-up and production release.
• Debug digital vectors including JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, Functional and MBIST.
• Perform device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage and Temperature).
• Support characterization of Mixed Signal IP such as ADC, DAC and PLL.
• Participate in test program handoff, production release, yield improvement and test time reduction activities.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering and Foundry Engineering teams.
