Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a QA/Testing professional to develop robust test scenarios and test plans for digital banking platforms, including mobile and internet banking.

You will execute manual and automation tests, manage test data, and report progress and defects to stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved before launch. Experience in digital banking testing is preferred, and adherence to quality standards is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience creating test scenarios including positive/negative/edge cases.
• Ability to develop test plans and strategies for front-end and back-end.
• Experience executing manual and automation test cases.
• Ability to request and manage test data and devices.
• Ability to report progress and defects clearly to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with testing processes, systems and quality standards.
• Experience in digital banking testing of mobile and internet banking platforms is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop robust test scenarios to ensure all scenarios (positive, negative, edge, error, end-to-end, etc.) are tested.

• Develop proper test plans and strategies (front-end/back-end), test timelines, and expected test results.

• Execute manual and automation test cases.

• Plan and request for test data and devices required for testing.

• Flag issues and defects in a timely manner and work with stakeholders (business users, technology teams, channel teams, development teams, etc.) to resolve them before launch.

• Report and document testing progress, including test cases completed, failed, executed, and defects resolved.

• Ensure compliance with testing processes, systems, and procedures.

• Adhere to quality standards and procedures.

• Experience in digital banking testing of mobile and internet banking platforms is preferred.
