Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT/CS/Software Eng or related field.
• Experience in digital banking, internet banking, or mobile banking applications is advantageous.
• Understanding of SDLC and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop robust test scenarios covering positive, negative and edge cases.
• Develop test plan and strategy for front-end/back-end testing, timelines and expected results.
• Execute manual and automation test cases.
• Plan and request test data and devices required for testing.
• Flag issues/defects timely and coordinate with stakeholders before launch.
• Report and document testing progress and defect status.
• Ensure compliance with testing processes, systems and procedures.
• Adhere to quality standards and procedures.

Job Scope

• Develop robust test scenarios to ensure all scenarios (positive, negative, edge, error, end to end etc) are tested.
• Develop proper test plan and strategy (front-end/back-end), test timeline and expected test results.
• Execute manual and automation test cases.
• Plan and request for test data/devices required for testing.
• Flagging out issues/defects timely and resolving it with stakeholders (business users, technology team, channel teams, development teams etc) timely before launch.
• Reporting and documenting on testing progress (how many test cases completed/failed/run/defects closed out).
• Ensure compliance with testing processes, systems and procedures.
• Adhere to quality standards and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in digital banking, internet banking, or mobile banking applications is advantageous.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
