Job summary

Arthrex Singapore is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to drive the commercial strategy and achieve the annual sales target across Arthrex’s portfolio. You will provide technical and clinical support to surgeons, manage territory sales, and mentor junior staff.

Occasional after-hours and weekend on-call work may be required with compensation. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management and Operations, ensuring successful product launches and tender support while building strong

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field as listed.
• Orthopaedic implant sales experience is a plus.
• Sports Medicine or Orthopaedics background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets and expand existing customers while developing prospects.
• Create territory sales plans and monitor performance monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Provide technical and clinical support to surgeons in the operating theatre.
• Lead new product launches within the defined territory.
• Support tenders and manage private hospital groups.
• Mentor Sales Representatives and Clinical Nurse Specialists where needed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and promote Arthrex products.
