Job summary

Oiltanking Singapore Limited is seeking an Operation Technician (m/f/d) to join the Operations department in Singapore, starting as soon as possible. The role focuses on safe, efficient day‑to‑day terminal operations and adherence to HSSEQ procedures.

Key duties include operating the terminal system, conducting patrol rounds, supervising mooring activities, and performing routine checks. A Diploma (Engineering preferred) and 1 year relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year relevant working experience in terminal operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate the terminal system and jetties per daily action plan and log updates.
• Ensure HSSEQ compliance and wear PPE; participate in safety initiatives.
• Run checks on terminal systems; supervise mooring crew and contractor movements.
• Perform ship‑shore conferences, berthing/unberthing, tank gauging, and product sampling as required.
• Assist in gas testing, hot work and confined space procedures when certified.
• Act as auxiliary fire fighter during emergencies and assist with API/AGT knowledge as needed.
• Participate in company courses and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Complete task evaluations across Operations, Training, HSSEQ and OCIMF for Technicians.
