Job summary

CPF Board invites applications for a Business Analytics Internship in Singapore. You will work within AGP to analyze real datasets, surface insights, and support data-driven policy decisions from day one.

The role emphasizes collaboration, learning, and hands-on analytics across business functions. You will be pursuing a degree in analytics or related fields and should have strong Excel skills; knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, or Databricks is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with core data analysis concepts.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, or Databricks is advantageous.
• Clear and effective communication of data findings to diverse audiences.
• Approach problems in a structured, analytical way with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with others; take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Work with real datasets — clean, analyse, and surface insights to inform policy decisions and improve outcomes.
• Translate business questions into data requirements and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build reusable analytics resources and contribute to the team’s long-term data capability.
• Collaborate with colleagues across functions to support projects and process improvements.
