VECTRIX ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. on Jurong Island seeks a Quantity Surveyor to prepare detailed estimates, manage pre- and post-contract activities, and contribute to winning bids.

You will handle claims, variations, and final accounts, with emphasis on accuracy, cost control, and timely submissions. This role requires site exposure on Jurong Island and reliable transport.

Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering and 2 years' experience are preferred.

Formación

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• 2 years of contractual and costing experience.
• 2 years of relevant site experience working in Jurong Island.
• Require own transport in Jurong Island.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare tender documents and costings for management review.
• Attend tender clarifications and supplier meetings as required.
• Prepare progressive claims and variation claims for projects.
• Maintain project documentation from pre- to post-contract stages.
• Support final account settlements with clients and sub-contractors.
