Job summary

STR AITS CONSTRUCTION SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to manage tender activities and prepare competitive tender pricing. The role involves understanding tender documents, planning collaborate efforts, and ensuring timely delivery while reviewing quotations and quantities for accuracy.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, with at least 2 years in Singapore's building-construction scene.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.
• Experience in tendering work is required.
• Sound computer literacy including advanced skills in Excel. Proficiency in Cubicost Glodon will be a plus.

• Negotiate price with Subcontractor/partnership.
• Review of cost impact (Value Engineering proposal/ Variations)

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Singapore building construction industry with the Main contractor preferred
• Experience in tendering work
• Sound computer literacy including advanced skills in Excel. Proficient in Cubicost Glodon will be a plus.
