Tiong Seng Holdings Limited in Singapore is seeking a Civil Engineer to coordinate and manage construction project activities, aligning structural, architectural, and M&E works. You will prepare technical proposals, monitor progress, and liaise with stakeholders to support timely tender delivery.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 2 years of on-site experience, with preferred familiarity in tender preparation, Primavera, MS Project, and QA/QC practices.

• Minimum 2 years on-site construction experience

Responsabilités

• Lead inter-department meetings to align objectives
• Monitor daily construction progress to maintain schedules
• Prepare Preliminary Program to guide execution
• Develop technical proposals for client submissions with accuracy
• Present proposals to Top Management and clients for approvals
• Coordinate structural, architectural, and M&E work for integrated delivery
• Analyze work arrangements to optimize workflow
• Review temporary and permanent works for compliance
• Identify and resolve drawing discrepancies to prevent delays
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet requirements
