Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
• Experience with tender submissions and BOQ is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate tenders and prepare tender submissions and BOQ.
• Establish cost databases for materials and supplies.
• Calculate pre-contract construction costs from drawings and documents.
• Assist in assessing contractual claims and work progress.
• Invite subcontractors and evaluate quotations for awards.
• Prepare project budgets, reports and cost estimates.
• Monitor budgets and track direct project costs.
• Resolve final accounts and variation orders promptly.
