Qualifications

• Exposure to HDB projects and tendering processes.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and administer tender documentation from preparation through submission.
• Track and control project costs against budgets and targets.
• Assess risks and implement measures to minimize impact on delivery.
• Obtain and analyze quotations from subcontractors against scope and timelines.
• Coordinate project scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication for timely completion.
