Qualifications

• Previous experience in B2B product internships (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support product planning and requirement design by assisting in research, documentation, and use case analysis across various cloud product verticals.
• Participate in drafting and refining Product Requirement Documents (PRD), competitive analysis, and technical enablement materials to support product development.
• Contribute to the commercialization strategy of cloud products by helping build internal pricing packages, operational toolkits, permission management logic, and go‑to‑market processes.
• Work with product, engineering, and system teams to configure and maintain product settings across internal billing, delivery, and catalog systems.
• Conduct market and user research to support decision-making, identify product gaps, and benchmark against global cloud competitors.
• Assist in dashboard and metric reporting using Excel, Python, or other tools to monitor product performance and track operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support training, rollout, and delivery enablement for global cloud clients.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or its equivalents. Candidates without relevant majors but with a great passion in technology are encouraged to apply.
• Expected to graduate between Q4 2025 and 2026, and able to maintain valid student status during the internship.
• Candidates must be open to commit to a minimum 3 months full‑time internship in Shenzhen, China.
• Previous experience in B2B product internships, particularly in IaaS or PaaS or SaaS, is highly preferred.
• Demonstrate creativity, strong logical thinking, and exceptional problem‑solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Passionate about cloud technologies and product management, with a keen interest in researching various cloud products and a focus on enhancing user experience.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese Mandarin in order to communicate with China‑headquarters based stakeholders and perform translation on product materials.
