Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Mass Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Familiarity with content management systems; Sitecore will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency in design software and content creation tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong written communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning and execution of publicity for hospital campaigns, programmes and events across digital platforms.
• Develop social media content and digital materials to boost engagement and campaign goals.
• Design visual assets for social media, websites and other channels.
• Coordinate publicity activities and provide on-site communications support during events as required.

The Corporate Communications Department at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) and Yishun Community Hospital (YCH) is seeking a suitably qualified and motivated individual to join the team as a Temporary Senior Executive, Digital.

The incumbent will support the department's digital communications, events publicity and website management functions. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic communication initiatives that support patient engagement, public outreach and institutional branding.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Communications and Events Publicity

• Support the planning and execution of publicity efforts for hospital campaigns, programmes and events across digital platforms.
• Develop social media content and digital communications materials to enhance audience engagement and support campaign objectives.
• Design visual assets for use across social media, websites and other communication channels.
• Assist in coordinating publicity activities and provide on-site communications support during events as required.

Website Management

• Manage and update content on the KTPH and YCH websites using the Sitecore Content Management System (CMS).
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure website content remains accurate, timely and aligned with organisational requirements.
• Conduct routine website reviews and quality checks to maintain content integrity and user experience.
• Prepare and compile basic website performance reports using Google Analytics.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mass Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS); experience with Sitecore will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics is preferred. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in design software and content creation tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong written communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Meticulous, resourceful and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to provide support during occasional weekend or after-office-hours events when required.
