Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a part-time Social Media Content Coordinator for a 6-month contract in Singapore. The role involves creating engaging content for social media, sourcing visuals, and supporting campaigns for major events within a healthcare setting.

Applicants should hold a degree and provide a portfolio. You will collaborate with the team to manage internal communications, newsletters, and intranet updates, with on-site duties in Novena, near MRT.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce engaging content across social media platforms.
• Design or source visuals in line with brand guidelines.
• Assist in planning and executing social media publicity and campaigns for key events or initiatives.
• Support the writing and editing of internal newsletters, announcements, and updates for staff and stakeholders.
• Assist in producing and coordinating content for internal communications campaigns, such as Viva Engage and Intranet.
• Assist in updating and maintaining website content.
• Write or edit web copy, including landing pages, event listings, and programme descriptions.
• Work with the team to improve the website's information architecture, including page hierarchy, menu structure, and content groupings.

Working Location: Novena, walking distance from MRT

Working Hours: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM, Monday to Thursday | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Friday
