Job summary

ATREC PTE. LTD. seeks a Temporary Finance Executive to support finance operations during the SAP S/4HANA post-go-live stabilisation and transition to the SSC in Singapore.

The role covers month-end closing, data migration, reconciliations, documentation, reporting and knowledge transfer during the transition. Qualifications include a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/Finance and at least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, with hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in month-end closing, account reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience supporting ERP implementation, data migration or post-go-live activities will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP S/4HANA post-go-live finance operations and month-end closing activities.
• Assist in finance data migration, data validation and reconciliation activities.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution and process improvements.
• Prepare schedules, reconciliations and supporting documentation for monthly and year-end reporting.
• Support audit requests, government surveys and other statutory reporting requirements.
• Prepare process documentation and support knowledge transfer to the Shared Services Centre.
• Assist with financial reporting and ad-hoc finance projects during the transition period.
• Provide support for Accounts Payable and other finance operational activities as required.
