Job summary

Recruit Express will never ask for Singpass details. A short-term healthcare administration role is available with the Patient Financial Services team in Singapore.

You will assist with patient billing, deposits, and financial counselling, delivering accurate financial support and handling billing inquiries. The position offers a 3-month duration with hourly rates: $10.50/hour for N/O/A Level and $13.00/hour for Diploma holders.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration or medical billing is a plus.
• Exposure to patient billing processes preferred.
• Strong communication and data accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Process patient bills and charges accurately and promptly
• Handle and process patient deposits
• Provide financial counselling and assistance to patients
• Attend to enquiries relating to billing and financial matters
• Ensure accurate documentation and processing of financial transactions
• Support the team with other administrative duties as required
