Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Communications professional to support AI awareness initiatives and develop compelling materials. The role focuses on EDMs, intranet content, and clear AI-related communications for a broad audience.

You will translate technical AI concepts into accessible language, collaborate with internal teams, and help staff understand and engage with AI tools and programs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in communications, content writing, or media.
• Experience producing EDMs or digital communications materials is an advantage.
• Interest in technology and AI topics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in driving AI awareness initiatives.
• Craft engaging EDMs from scratch, including copywriting, content structure, and layout visuals.
• Develop intranet articles, FAQs and event-specific mailers for Ministry-wide AI awareness initiatives.
• Translate complex AI content into clear language for a non-technical audience.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure content accuracy.

You will play a key role in supporting AI awareness initiatives and developing compelling communications materials that help staff and stakeholders understand, embrace, and navigate AI tools and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in driving AI awareness initiatives
• Craft engaging Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) from scratch, including copywriting, structuring content, and designing layout and visuals
• Develop a range of communications materials such as intranet articles, FAQs and event-specific mailers to support Ministry-wide AI awareness initiatives
• Translate complex or technical AI-related content into clear, accessible language for a non-technical audience
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy of content
