Job summary

SEACARE MANPOWER SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Temporary Executive for Hawker Centre Operations in Singapore. The role involves inspections, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring night deliveries. Immediate start for a 3/6/9-month contract.

42 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with potential night shifts, weekends and public holidays as required. The candidate should be comfortable in hawker environments, service-oriented, and capable of handling inquiries and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with fieldwork and hawker centre environments.
• Service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Frontline customer service or hawker centre operations experience is an advantage.
• Meticulous, organised and able to multitask independently.
• Able to work night shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and monitor cleanliness, maintenance and compliance.
• Engage stallholders and attend to feedback and operational issues.
• Conduct night inspections and monitor late-night deliveries.
• Support operator performance audits and incident follow-ups.
• Handle phone, email and walk-in enquiries.
• Maintain records and prepare reports/statistics.
• Support administrative and other operational duties as assigned.

$14.50/hour | Approx. $2,639/month

3 / 6 / 9-month contract | Immediate Start

42 hours/week, Monday–Friday

Night shifts, weekends & Public Holidays may be required

Requirements

• Comfortable with fieldwork and working in hawker centre environments
• Service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
• Frontline customer service or hawker centre operations experience is an advantage
• Meticulous, organised and able to multitask independently
