Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking an Editor / Copywriting Executive to support the Gov content team. This full-time, on-site contract in Novena offers career growth within the Media & Publicity department.

You will write and edit long-form educational articles and concise advertising copy, conduct research, and assist with website content updates plus administrative duties while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in editorial writing, copywriting, content development or communications.
• Strong research, writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Able to write both long-form educational articles and concise advertising copy.
• Comfortable supporting website content updates and administrative work.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple content requests and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the editorial team in revamping the organisation's educational resources webpage.
• Develop content ideas and conduct research for educational materials.
• Write and edit long-form articles for publication on the website.
• Support web content management and related administrative duties.
• Produce concise and engaging copy for paid advertisements and homepage banners supporting various business units.
• Develop copy for Adobe Target toast notifications and other digital content.
• Prepare simple content and research materials to support ongoing departmental surveys.
• Perform other editorial, copywriting and administrative duties as assigned.

Salary: S$2,760 per month

Location: Novena

Department: Media & Publicity

Contract Duration: 1 year - renewable/convertible based on performance & business needs

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm | Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
