Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring a Temp Associate (Warehouse), Retail Pharmacy in Singapore to support daily warehouse operations for a reputable healthcare organization. The role involves handling POS transactions, processing orders, and assisting with inventory management.

The position requires at least 6 years of experience in retail-related roles, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC / NITEC / A Levels with at least 6 years’ working experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Good team player and independent worker who requires minimal supervision.
• Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with physical work involving lifting of stocks, standing and bending.
• Able to commit for at least 3 months and preferably able to extend long-term.
• Able to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily warehouse operations and online platforms.
• Account for sales through capturing transactions on the Point-of-Sales system.
• Process customer orders and refund requests and attend to online enquiries promptly.
• Assist with roster management to ensure sufficient manpower for warehouse operations and planned sales campaigns.
• Provide guidance to Associates and support continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Coordinate warehouse activities including ordering and receiving inventory, managing stocks and handling returns to vendors and from customers.
• Coordinate warehouse distribution to outlets.
• Process and transact online orders and coordinate with logistics providers for timely deliveries.
• Monitor sales traffic and collate sales data.
