Job summary

RN CARE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Logistics/Warehouse Associate to verify shipments, pick and pack outbound goods, and record discrepancies. You will enter data into the ERP system and assist the Logistics Officer in coordinating with logistic providers.

The role requires hands-on experience with ERP, lifting equipment, and MHE, along with valid Class 3 driving and forklift licenses. Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area and report issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Min GCE ‘O’ level and above.
• Min 3 years of experience in ERP systems, lifting devices and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Possess a Class 3 Driving License and Forklift License.

Responsibilities

• In charge of verifying shipment content against shipping documents provided.
• Responsible in assisting in material picking against pick list and packing of outbound shipments.
• In charge of rejecting damaged items and recording discrepancies.
• In charge of data entry into ERP system.
• Responsible in assisting Logistics Officer in coordinating with logistics provider on shipment collection.
• In charge of visually inspecting material for defects and reporting these and any unusual situation immediately.
• Operate lift trucks, hand trucks, forklifts, stackers, or any other lifting or material handling equipment/devices to move, convey, or hoist materials or products, following the training provided.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area.
