Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a QA tester to review vendor batch programs, validate results, and develop independent test cases. The role involves API testing, optimizing test coverage, and participating in UAT. Office hours run Monday to Friday at the Novena location.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL proficiency, experience in API testing, and skill in designing concise, high-impact test cases to improve efficiency and accuracy of software validation.

Responsibilities

• Review the batch program developed by vendor and verify that the required business rules have been correctly implemented.
• Validate the results generated by the batch program.
• Review vendor's test cases and verify that the expected results are accurate.
• Develop and execute independent test cases and compare the results againstvendor's test results.
• Verify that API test cases are executed correctly and that the results are properly validated.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
