Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Pharmacy Packing Assistant for a 6-month contract. The role involves picking, packing, labeling medications to fulfil delivery orders and maintaining stock integrity.

You will work 5.5 days a week, 8:30am to 6pm, including every Saturday half-day (8:30am-12:30pm) at Clementi. Salary is SGD 12 per hour.

Qualifications

• Min GCE A LEVEL/Diploma in any course.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and label medications to fulfil delivery orders
• Repack medications e.g. unboxing, bundling or pre-packing in required quantities
• Replenish medications to storage locations
• Support counting of inventory during stock takes or cycle counts
• Account for delivery orders and assist to handover to courier
• Keep work area clean and tidy
• Order and top-up pharmacy consumables e.g. ziploc bags to facilitate operations
• Adhere to company or department requirements, procedures and standards
• Ensure that right medications are delivered to right patients in a safe, timely and quality manner
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned, such as cross functional support etc

Working Days & Hours: 5.5 days office hours (830am-6pm), need work every sat half day (830am-1230pm)

Location: Clementi (bus pickup from Jurong MRT)
