Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a warehouse/stock handler to support pharmacy operations in Clementi. You will stock receiving, pick, pack and label medications for delivery, and assist in repacking as needed.

Your role includes inventory counts, replenishment, and ensuring safe, timely handover to couriers. The position requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to procedures, with a 5.5 day work week and Saturday half-day shifts; location is Clementi with shuttle bus from Jurong

Qualifications

• Candidates should be detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Experience or familiarity with stock handling and inventory control is a plus.
• Basic packing and labeling skills to support delivery orders.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist stock receiving and check medications for accuracy.
• Pick, pack and label items to fulfill delivery orders.
• Repack medications into required quantities and packaging.
• Replenish stock to storage locations as needed.
• Count inventory during stock takes or cycle counts.
• Prepare orders and hand over to courier with proper documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Order and top up pharmacy consumables to support operations.
• Adhere to company procedures and uphold quality standards.
• Assist with cross-functional tasks as required.

5.5 days office hours (830am-6pm), Every sat half day (830am-1230pm)
Location : Clementi (Shuttle bus from Jurong mrt)
$12/hr (No CPF)

JD:

• Support stock receiving and checking of medications
• Pick, pack and label medications to fulfil delivery orders
• Repack medications e.g. unboxing, bundling or pre-packing in required quantities
• Replenish medications to storage location
• Support counting of inventory during stock takes or cycle counts
• Account for delivery orders and assist to handover to courier
• Keep work area clean and tidy
• Order and top-up pharmacy consumables e.g. ziploc bags to facilitate operations
• Adhere to company or department requirements, procedures and standards
• Ensure that right medications are delivered to right patients in a safe, timely and quality manner
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned, such as cross functional support etc
